How about spending money online and getting a bit of that money in return?
In our search to find the lowest prices online, here's a site (we'll be adding more
to this post) that makes shopping online smarter - you can get a cash back from the money you spend with your favorite merchants (including eBay!).
The idea behind Ebates is simple. You, as a member, will find a merchant in the website's extensive directory, use the Ebates link provided to direct you that merchant's shop, make your purchase, and wait until Ebates refunds you with a set percentage of your purchase costs. The third-party merchants pay Ebates for directing customers, and Ebates, in turn, provides you with a fraction of that commission. Payments are made out to you by check, Paypal or you can donate to your favorite charity

The website staff members are also constantly looking for coupons and associated online deals, which you could stack together in order to get discounts and rebates at the same time. It's a nifty way of saving money while you are on the lookout for excellent online deals. With so many merchants tied in with Ebates, there are a lot of opportunities for saving money on online shopping.

Here's a similar site to Ebates and is called Big Crumbs. Since 2005 and founded by Atlanta-based software engineer, Vince Martin.
Big Crumbs boasts of paying one of the the highest overall cash backs available at eBay and thousands (over 1,100) of other popular online retailers (i.e. Wal-Mart, Best Buy, and Gap).
They work pretty much like Ebates. From their site - from the FAQ section
BigCrumbs.com is paid a commission. We pass that commission on to you!
Take note Big Crumbs is available only via the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and United States
